## We’re Hiring: Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** with strong enterprise application development experience to join our team and build scalable, workflow-driven applications for the financial-services domain.
The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in **Java with Spring Boot**.
### What You’ll Work On
- Own features end-to-end—from database design and backend development to APIs, frontend implementation, testing and deployment.- Design and develop scalable backend and frontend modules.- Build workflow-driven applications, dashboards and approval processes.- Implement complex business logic, audit trails, versioning and configurable workflows.- Work with multi-tenant, multi-entity and multi-currency platforms.- Integrate with banking APIs, government portals and other third-party systems.- Ensure application security, performance, scalability and maintainability.- Write unit and integration tests.- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.- Collaborate closely with the Architect, Product Manager and QA team.- Contribute to estimation, sprint planning and technical breakdown.- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.
### Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.- Strong experience building enterprise applications.- Strong backend expertise in **Java/Spring Boot**.- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems.- Hands-on experience with SQL, database schema design, query optimization and performance tuning.- Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js or a similar frontend framework. Experience with **React or Next.js** is preferred.- Strong understanding of state management, component-based architecture and responsive UI development.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms; **Microsoft Azure** is preferred.- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.- Experience with monitoring, logging, debugging and production troubleshooting.- Strong understanding of application performance, scalability and maintainability.
### Good to Have
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD.- Production deployment and environment configuration experience.- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or other messaging systems.- Experience with caching technologies.- NoSQL database experience.- Experience with application and API security.- Experience building SaaS platforms or high-traffic systems.- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.- Experience in NBFC, banking, financial services or fintech.- Experience working with multi-tenant or multi-currency platforms.
