This role with be instrumental in preserving the integrity of the data within our CRM, Salesforce.com. This data drives business decisions and determines compensation for Sales employees, so accuracy is required. This role will run reports to identify data inconsistencies and work to correct those inconsistencies, interface with Sales reps to understand the data, will collaborate with other Sales Operations team members to assist in testing new functionality, and aid in developing new projects as needed. There is potential to grow in this role and learn more about the setup of our Salesforce.com implementation and take on more responsibility across all the previously listed areas.

The main responsibilities of a SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST include:
Data integrity - review audit reports and correcting inaccurate data
Flag data issues and frequent inconsistencies in order to drive automation intended to prevent such inconsistencies
Run reports in Salesforce.com and manage data in Excel
Communicate with other Sales Operations team members and assist on ad-hoc projects
Review accounts for data accuracy and approve for sales reps to proceed
Assist with testing new functionality in Salesforce.com per instructions given
To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, preferably with Salesforce Administrator or Super User experience
Experience with master data extraction, validation, and maintenance in Salesforce
Experience creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
Ability to work effectively and collaborate with remote teams
SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
