🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
• Support employee engagement, performance tracking, and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee records, policies, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure smooth communication between management and team members.
• Assist in developing HR policies and improving internal processes.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
✅ Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
✅ A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
