SENIOR MANAGER - Service Delivery

Should have overall 15+ years experience in IT/cyber security, which includes 10+ years managing cyber security delivery and managed services engagements for large security programs Proven track record managing multi-vendor, multi-location, and/or 24x7 security operations. Serves as the primary delivery point of contact for client security leadership Should have experience on Delivery leadership and program governance Build trusted-advisor relationships Should be well aware of project Financial and commercial management Should have experience handling Escalation Executive stakeholder management and Governance. People leadership skill. High ownership, accountability, and integrity Should Ensure delivery complies with contractual security obligations and client policies. Should Own delivery-side risk management. Drive SLA/KPI adherence for managed security services Should lead continuous service improvement. Should lead and manage a delivery team of security analysts, consultants. Own the full delivery lifecycle for assigned engagements Starting from planning to closure ??? against agreed scope, timeline and cost. Establish and run delivery governance - operations reviews, weekly and monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBR) with client stakeholders.
