Senior Engineer Instrumentation

Execute Instrumentation & Control engineering activities for offshore oil & gas projects. Develop and review instrumentation engineering deliverables in accordance with project requirements and international standards. Prepare and review: Instrument Index I/O Lists Instrument Datasheets Cable Schedules Hook-Up Drawings Loop Diagrams Instrument Location Layouts Instrument Installation Details Cause & Effect Diagrams Control System Architecture Drawings Instrument Specifications Material Requisitions Perform specification, sizing, and selection of: Pressure Instruments Temperature Instruments Flow Instruments Level Instruments Control Valves Safety Valves Interfaces Analyzers Flow Meters Field Instruments Support engineering design for: DCS Systems PLC Systems SCADA Systems ESD Systems Fire & Gas Systems Emergency Shutdown Systems Review vendor documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications. Support development of Control Philosophies and Shutdown Philosophies. Participate in HAZOP, SIL Assessment, Design Reviews, and Model Reviews. Ensure compliance with hazardous area classification requirements. Coordinate with vendors during detailed engineering, FAT, SAT, and commissioning stages. Support commissioning, startup, and functional testing activities. Resolve technical queries and engineering issues during project execution. Guide junior instrumentation engineers and designers in engineering activities.
