Business Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Consultant role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Consultant will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, analyze data and processes, and recommend actionable solutions to improve performance and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments, preparing business cases, creating presentations and reports, and collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to implement recommended strategies. The role also involves monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet agreed quality and timelines. The Business Consultant is expected to maintain strong professional relationships, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of CapEasy’s consulting methodologies.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, and derive practical insights.
Experience in consulting or management consulting, with a track record of diagnosing business issues and designing structured solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
Working knowledge of finance, such as understanding financial statements, budgeting, and basic financial modeling.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP) is an advantage.
Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization tools) and comfort working with numbers.
Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a client-focused environment.
Prior experience in consulting, advisory, or business analysis roles in any industry is preferred but not mandatory.
