Role Description We’re looking for sharp, curious, and data-driven Business & Market Analysts to join our growing team. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, data, and business insight - helping us understand markets, identify opportunities, and drive informed decisions across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
Build financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic initiatives
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders
Track KPIs and business performance metrics, flagging risks and recommending course corrections
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, finance, operations) to support data-driven decision-making
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, market research, consulting, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can translate complex data into clear narratives
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is a plus
Nice to Have
Prior experience in [your industry - e.g., fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, FMCG]
Exposure to primary research methods (surveys, interviews, focus groups)
Knowledge of Indian market dynamics across metro and Tier-2 segments
