Product Manager – PMS / AIF / Gift City
Job Title Product Manager – PMS / AIF / Gift City
Location Bangalore

Role Overview
The role requires a strong understanding of PMS and AIF products, regulatory frameworks, investment strategies, and market offerings, along with awareness of execution processes and operational workflows. The candidate will be responsible for the business growth of the PMS and AIF product category, ensuring products are well-managed and executed smoothly, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth
• Support business teams in scaling PMS and AIF products
• Coordinate with PMS/AIF managers, Gift City entities, distributors, custodians, and external partners for
product onboarding and continuity Product Support and Execution
• Support PMS/AIF/Gift City offerings across strategies through research, product evaluation, and product
ideas.
• Ensure PMS/AIF/Gift City products are ready for distribution and ongoing business needs, including
documentation and execution readiness.
• Track industry trends, fund performance, strategy positioning, and identify fundamental and tactical
opportunities across PMS/AIF/Gift City products that can enable growth.
• Work closely with Tech and Operations teams and support product-related workflows including onboarding, documentation, process notes, reporting, and training needs.
• Identify and resolve execution-related issues on an ongoing basis
• Manage revenue-related workflows, including fee and commission processes, in collaboration with cross-
functional teams.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of Markets, PMS/AIF/Gift City products, investment strategies, and market offerings.
• Awareness of execution processes and operational workflows across PMS/AIF managers, Gift City entities,
custodians, fund administrators, and other ecosystem partners
• Business-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Excel, trackers, and PMS/AIF manager, Gift City, or partner platforms
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet timelines
Preferred Background
• 3–5 years of experience in PMS/AIF/Gift City Products, Wealth Platforms, Capital Markets, Investment
Products, or Fund Distribution
• MBA or bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
