Drug Product Development Intern

Position Title: Drug Product Development Intern (Biomedical / Chemical Engineering)
Term: 6-Month Co-op (January 2027)
Compensation: $29.00 – $57.00 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a Drug Product Development Intern for a 6-month co-op starting in January 2027. In this role, you will support product development initiatives that shape the final form of treatments—ensuring every formulation delivers precision, efficacy, and safety for patients.
Responsibilities
Support formulation, process development, and characterization of drug products.
Assist with testing, data collection, and laboratory experimentation under senior engineering guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (biomedical, chemical, materials, and pharmaceutical sciences) to ensure safety and quality standards.
Maintain clear laboratory records, experimental documentation, and technical reports.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op program.
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring present or future employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B).
Must be able to relocate to the office location and work full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) for the full 6-month duration starting January 2027.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $29.00 – $57.00 per hour (commensurate with education level and experience)
