Role - Analytics Engineer
Location – Remote
Experience - 5+ years
Shift Hours – 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Duration – 6+ Months
Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Analytics Engineer to deliver a focused conversational analytics POC for Rooster Money. The role will use existing curated gold-layer data in AWS to configure and validate an Amazon Quick experience that enables business users to ask natural-language questions and receive accurate, explainable answers.
This is a hands-on delivery role, not a strategy, architecture or traditional dashboard-development position.
Required Experience
* Strong Analytics Engineering or BI Engineering background.
* Excellent SQL and analytical problem-solving skills.
* Hands-on AWS analytics experience, particularly Athena and S3.
* Strong semantic and data-modelling experience.
* Experience with conversational analytics, Generative BI or natural-language querying.
* Ability to work independently in a short, outcome-focused POC.
* Strong communication with remote technical and business stakeholders.
* Amazon Quick or QuickSight experience is highly desirable.
* Iceberg or Parquet architecture experience is desirable.
* Experience validating AI-generated analytics for accuracy and explainability is desirable.
