Must have: For the C# /.Net / Python resource, there are additional skills needed .
The person would need familiarity with C#/.NET, Python, SQL, Salesforce Standard, Bulk, and Tooling APIs, as well as Windows batch jobs supporting integrations across Salesforce, SAP, Databricks, Workday, IDX, and Docebo. They should be comfortable writing SQL queries, processing files over SFTP, and calling direct HTTP APIs. They would monitor production jobs, diagnose failures, manage reruns and data reconciliation, support Salesforce data loads, and use Windows Server, Task Manager, Task Scheduler, cron, Event Viewer, PowerShell, Windows services, file permissions, environment configuration, application logs, network diagnostics, and authentication tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
