Manage Internal boutiques stock replenishment; coordinate with boutique teams on daily needs + coordinate returns back to warehouse
Manage and perform Wholesale invoicing and monthly replenishment process; coordination with Commercial team on monthly needs of wholesale channel + returns and buybacks
Manage and review on a regular basis Target Stock allocation and Model Stock fulfilment
Manage Launch Phase and LQ allocation for Novelties
Fulfil stock transfers / requests / confirmed orders for the whole MEIAT Region, for watches & straps for all 3 channels (Retail, Wholesale and Ecom)
Manage and coordinate Incentives and Credit Notes process
Perform Anaplan stock allocation and validation
Act as intermediary between boutiques / partners and HQ; coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance.
Coordinate and submit the Weekly Forecast for MEIAT region
Support as SAP KU for the full region
IT SAP Testing for new routes and new flows (test new flows for new openings, SAP enhancements, etc...)
Manage and coordinate returns and repairs (to repair centre or back to central warehouse); act as intermediary between boutiques / partners and Repair Centre
Communicate on Price Updates to boutique and External Partners and share Price Lists
Manage and coordinate Staff Sales and Staff Purchase
Manage distribution of POSM and Gifts
Support for marketing events for stock rebalancing, and operational support
Perform and support marketing consignments (photoshoots, events, etc...)
Maintain Allocation and Quota allocation reports
