Designation: Corduroy Shift Supervisor
Department: Processing & Finishing
Qualification (Mandatory):
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Engineering
Preference for candidates with Textile Chemical Processing / Textile Processing specialization
Experience: 4-10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise corduroy fabric processing operations during the shift.
Monitor brushing, shearing, raising, dyeing, finishing, and stenter processes.
Ensure fabric quality standards related to shade, GSM, width, shrinkage, and finish.
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Handle manpower planning and shift-wise production targets.
Identify and resolve process defects to minimize rework and wastage.
Maintain process compliance, safety standards, and production records.
