Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 9–12 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in site execution, construction supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and project progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise civil construction activities for high-rise building projects.
Ensure execution of structural works, including RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and masonry.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and construction procedures are followed.
Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material requirements.
Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of construction activities.
Identify execution challenges and implement corrective measures.
Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project management teams.
Required Skills
Strong experience in high-rise building construction.
Expertise in RCC structural work and civil site execution.
Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
Experience in contractor management, site coordination, and quality control.
Good understanding of construction safety standards and quality procedures.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
9–12 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale building projects will be preferred.
