Job Title: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer
Experience: 8–13 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 8–13 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint ISC solutions, integrating enterprise applications, and automating identity lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
Configure and maintain Identity Lifecycle Management, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, and access governance workflows.
Develop and customize provisioning and de-provisioning processes for enterprise applications.
Configure and manage access requests, certifications, approval workflows, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Develop connectors and integrations with cloud and on-premise applications.
Perform application onboarding and account aggregation activities.
Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and identity governance controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint ISC production issues.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure IAM compliance and governance.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, code reviews, and deployment activities.

Agile/Scrum project experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
SailPoint ISC certification is preferred.
Relevant IAM certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
8–13 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
Strong experience in IAM solution development and support.
Experience integrating enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and directory services.
Nice to Have
SailPoint IdentityIQ exposure.
Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt, or Ping Identity experience.
PowerShell or Python scripting knowledge.
DevOps/CI-CD implementation experience.
