Oracle HCM Cloud – OTL Functional Consultant
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida, Chennai
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or currently serving notice (joining by October)
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to deliver end-to-end implementations and work closely with business stakeholders on time and attendance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM OTL implementations, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Configure and support time entry, time cards, time processing, time categories, time calculation rules, and approval workflows
Translate time and attendance requirements into Oracle HCM solutions
Perform functional testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve issues
Support integrations and dependencies between OTL and related HCM modules
Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user-support materials
Must-Have Skills
Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), End-to-End OTL Implementation, Time Entry Configuration, Time Cards, Time Processing, Time Categories, Time Calculation Rules, Approval Workflows, Requirement Gathering, SIT/UAT, Production Support, Stakeholder Communication
Good-to-Have Skills
Oracle Absence Management, Oracle Global Payroll, Core HR, Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Journeys, Oracle HCM Certification
