Hiring | Junior Buyer – Merchandising Support
Location: Gurugram
CTC: ₹4–5 LPA
Organization: Citykart
Key Responsibilities
Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate MIS data in Supplymint.
Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, vendor details, and product information.
Prepare, analyze, and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
Track buying performance, inventory movement, and procurement-related metrics.
Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Vendors, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.
Validate data, ensure SOP compliance, and support process improvements.
Assist buyers in order management, follow-ups, and reporting activities.
Requirements
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising Support, MIS, or Retail Operations.
Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Dashboards, Data Analysis).
Experience with ERP/Supplymint or similar retail systems will be an added advantage.
