Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Room Attendant role based at 10 Park Street Hotels and Banquets in Gorakhpur. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and sanitizing bathrooms and common areas. The role involves handling guest laundry requests, maintaining housekeeping carts and supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns. The Room Attendant interacts with guests in a polite, helpful manner, supports other housekeeping and front-of-house teams during busy periods, and follows all hotel standards, health, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Strong housekeeping and clean room skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to handle laundry services, including washing, drying, ironing, and proper linen storage.
Clear, courteous communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Customer service skills with a focus on professionalism, patience, and guest satisfaction.
Reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions and work schedules.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel room attendant roles is an advantage.
