📍 Location: Indore
💼 Experience: 4+ Years in Sales
💰 Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA
👤 Position: Team Leader
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our LiveKeeping process and lead a high-performing sales team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team
• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
• Monitor team performance and conversion rates
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions
• Handle customer/team escalations effectively
• Drive productivity and improve sales performance
• Prepare and share regular performance reports
🎯 Requirements
✅ 4+ years of sales experience
✅ Prior team-handling/leadership experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Target-oriented and result-driven approach
✅ Experience in SaaS/inside sales/tele-sales will be an advantage
