🚀 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets
📍 Location: Bangalore, India
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid—3 days/week in the office
📄 Employment Type: Contract
Key Skills & Requirements:
7–10+ years of experience in capital markets or global treasury.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, derivatives, fixed income, and FX.
Understanding of investment banking and asset management across front, middle, and back office functions.
Experience in Trading Compliance rule coding and testing within Asset Management is highly preferred.
Good understanding of investment processes, financial markets, and investment distribution.
Working knowledge of SQL, ETL tools such as Informatica, and Databricks.
Strong stakeholder management and business-user communication skills.
Experience in functional testing and business requirement analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
