Job Purpose
To support the JLG business in financial planning, cost governance, MIS reporting, and operational controls. The role will be responsible for product-level P&L tracking, cost analysis, purchase order and invoice management, business reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure effective financial and operational management of the business.
Primary Responsibilities
Track and manage the JLG product-level P&L, including cost and profitability analysis
Partner with Finance, CRES, Procurement, Accounts, and business teams to understand and validate cost drivers
Conduct cost deep-dives, identify variances, and highlight risks/opportunities
Prepare P&L reviews, business performance reports, and management presentations
Monitor budgets, expenses, and key cost metrics to ensure financial discipline
Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate invoice validation and processing
Liaise with vendors, BCs, and Accounts teams to ensure timely payments and reconciliations
Secondary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MIS, dashboards, and business performance reports
Analyse business data and generate insights to support decision-making
Support BAU business activities, reviews, and cross-functional projects
Drive reporting enhancements and process improvements through automation and analytics
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage data, reporting, and operational requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of P&L management, financial analytics, and cost structures
Proficient in Excel and data analysis with strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of PO and invoice management processes
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment
Educational Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience
2–4 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, MIS, Business Analytics, Product Finance, or similar roles
Experience in P&L analysis, cost management, procurement coordination, and business reporting
Strong hands-on expertise in Excel, MIS, and data-driven analysis
