Quality Assurance Engineer

We’re Hiring: QC/QA Engineers
📍 Location: Shillong, Meghalaya
We are looking for two QC/QA professionals to join our team:
Junior QC Engineer – Site Location: 1 Position
Senior QC Engineer – Office Location: 1 Position
Experience Requirements:
Overall experience: 5–10 years
Minimum 4 years of experience in QC/QA (mandatory)
PMC experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor QA/QC activities as per project requirements.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, Method Statements, and applicable codes and standards.
Inspect materials, workmanship, and ongoing construction activities.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including ITPs, checklists, inspection reports, and test records.
Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with clients, PMC teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Conduct site inspections, support quality audits, and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspections, testing, documentation, and NCR/CAPA processes.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
