We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support / IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to end users and remote locations. The role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, network devices, firewall-related issues, video conferencing, biometric systems, access control, and CCTV systems. The candidate should have strong service desk management, incident handling, remote user support, and end-user computing knowledge, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely resolution.
