Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Microsoft Functional Consultant role based in Noida. The consultant will analyze client business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, and related Microsoft ERP and CRM solutions. Daily tasks include conducting workshops with stakeholders, configuring and testing modules, preparing functional documentation, and supporting end users through training and post-implementation assistance. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives, managing functional aspects of implementations and upgrades, and participating in solution design and process improvements. The consultant will also help resolve functional issues, support UAT, and contribute to best practices and reusable templates within the organization.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to understand requirements, map business processes, and design effective Microsoft ERP and CRM solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and deliver user training.
Knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, sales, or operations, and ability to align them with Dynamics 365 or Navision functionalities.
Consulting mindset with experience in client-facing roles, requirement gathering, solution recommendation, and implementation support.
Understanding of finance concepts and ERP-related financial workflows (e.g., general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting) is highly beneficial.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, or other Microsoft ERP/CRM products is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects or modules, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
