Manage and monitor a team of collection executives to achieve monthly collection targets.
Handle loan/EMI overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Allocate delinquent accounts to team members and monitor daily performance.
Track DPD, collection efficiency, PTP (Promise to Pay), bounce and recovery rates.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits to resolve overdue payments.
Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity and collection performance.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly collection reports for management.
Identify high-risk and difficult accounts and take appropriate recovery actions.
Coordinate with Branch, Credit, Operations and Legal teams for recovery-related issues.
Ensure that all collection activities comply with company policies and applicable RBI guidelines.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and field audits.
Maintain accurate customer and collection records.
