KYC Team Lead – Stock Broking

About the Role
We are looking for a KYC Team Lead with strong experience in the stock broking/capital markets industry to manage end-to-end KYC operations, onboarding, verification, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end KYC onboarding and verification for clients.
Handle UCC reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with KRA agencies, CKYC, Product/Tech teams, and external vendors.
Ensure KYC documents and records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI, KRA, CKYC and KYC requirements.
Implement process changes based on regulatory and KRA updates.
Maintain KYC MIS, trackers, reconciliation reports, and daily operational reports.
Identify process gaps and drive improvements in KYC operations.
Manage and guide the KYC team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of relevant experience in KYC Operations within Stock Broking/Capital Markets.
Strong understanding of UCC, KRA, CKYC and client onboarding processes.
Hands-on experience with KYC reconciliation and regulatory requirements.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing or leading a KYC operations team.
Stock Broking experience is mandatory.
