Role Description The Presales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This position is responsible for working closely with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, prepare solution proposals, and demonstrate SBNA Software Solutions’ products and services. Day-to-day activities include conducting needs analysis, preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating demos, and supporting the sales team with documentation such as RFP responses, pricing inputs, and technical clarifications. The Presales Specialist will engage with potential customers to answer queries, showcase how solutions meet their operational challenges, and provide consulting support during the evaluation phase. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s offerings, competitors, and industry trends to support effective positioning of solutions.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to understand client requirements, interpret business processes, and translate them into solution recommendations.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for presentations, proposals, and stakeholder interactions.
Consulting and Presales skills, including solution mapping, product demonstration, and supporting sales cycles from discovery to closure.
Customer Service orientation to build trust, respond to queries, and ensure a positive experience throughout the presales engagement.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and development teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Comfort working with software, web, or SaaS-based solutions; familiarity with NEMT, logistics, healthcare, or related domains is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with standard office productivity tools and presentation software; experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
