About The Role :
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for automating and streamlining our operations and processes, building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting our systems. You will collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT professionals to manage and improve our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities :
● Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software development and deployment.
● Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
● Manage cloud environments (Oracle, AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability and performance.
● Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability.
● Implement security best practices and compliance measures in cloud and on-premises environments.
● Work closely with development teams to optimize software development and deployment processes.
● Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities. ● Develop scripts and automation tools to improve system efficiency. ● Ensure effective logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies are in place. ● Maintain and improve container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
● Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
● Expertise in cloud platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud services. ● Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
● Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). ● Solid understanding of networking, security, and Linux system administration.
● Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.).
● Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
● Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
● Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
● Experience with serverless architectures and microservices. ● Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). ● Understanding of security compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). ● Experience in setting up automated testing environments.
