We’re hiring an ML Research Engineer, Speech! 🎙️
Looking for someone who wants to do more than fine-tune existing models. Someone who has built speech models from scratch and wants to push them further.
The role involves working across STT, TTS and speech-to-speech, with some interesting challenges around Indian languages, code-mixed speech and real-time voice AI.
You’ll get to own a research track, experiment with new architectures, train models at scale and take your work from research to production.
What we’re looking for:
• 3–6 years of ML experience, with 2–3 years in speech or audio AI
• Hands-on experience pre-training speech or audio models from scratch
• Strong understanding of speech architectures and large-scale distributed training
• Experience building models that deliver real-world results
