Projec Engineer / Senior Enginee

Role Description The Project Engineer / Senior Engineer role is a part-time, remote position focused on overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines and deliverables, preparing technical documentation and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and quality standards. The role involves reviewing designs and specifications, identifying risks, proposing solutions, and supporting decision-making with clear analyses. The engineer will also communicate regularly with stakeholders, track progress against milestones, and support continuous improvement in processes and tools used for project delivery.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in project engineering or senior engineering roles, overseeing technical projects from planning through completion.
Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, and resource management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time, remote setting.
Proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and project plans.
Ability to identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, with sound problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital project management platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are an advantage.
Experience working with regional or international engineering standards and regulations is beneficial.
Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and uphold ethical and inclusive professional practices.
