About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable Senior Interior Designer who can independently lead high-end residential and/or commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of design and execution, manage clients and teams, ensure design excellence, and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and design expectations to recommend suitable interior design solutions.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and consultations to showcase design concepts and convert leads into confirmed projects.
Support the sales team in closing deals by preparing design proposals, layouts, 3D visualizations, and material selections.
Present design ideas effectively to clients, address queries, handle objections, and build confidence in the proposed solutions.
Develop customized design concepts and space plans aligned with client needs, budgets, and brand standards.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations in coordination with the sales and project teams.
Follow up with prospective clients, incorporate feedback, and revise proposals to improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead requirements, identify opportunities for upselling, and recommend additional services where relevant.
Build strong client relationships through regular communication, design guidance, and a customer-focused approach.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to project execution.
Stay updated with interior design trends, materials, and finishes to offer innovative solutions and strengthen client presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2+ years of professional experience in residential and/or commercial interior design & sales.
Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and accountability for outcomes.
Excellent communication, client-handling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
