Project Manager

Role Description
· Responsible for overall maintenance of the project, will coordinate with the sub-contractors at site and ensure periodic / Major maintenance of the project as per the specification of the Concession Agreement.
· Supervise and monitor the progress and quality of the work at site which shall adhere to the specification.
· Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the project site
· Liaise & supervise the works at site to ensure that the works are completed to their full satisfaction.
· Responsible for all matters related to the project and will undertake timely survey of the project stretch on regular basis and in case of any abnormal situation at site to take appropriate measures .
· Enforce workplace safety regulations and ensure full compliance and concession agreement mandates.
· Attend and represent the company in all meetings called for review of the progress of work and for removal of bottlenecks, if any.
Responsible for all acts of commission/ omission at site for effective and trouble-free operation of the site
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
18+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in roads, highways, or transportation sectors.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and work on-site in dynamic conditions.
