Digital & IT Governance Lead – AMEA
We are looking for an experienced Digital & IT Governance Lead to drive IT governance, performance management, portfolio oversight, budgeting, cybersecurity compliance reporting, and strategic transformation initiatives across the AMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the AMEA Digital & IT Governance Office
Drive governance forums, executive reporting, and QBRs
Oversee IT budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
Monitor portfolio performance, digital transformation, and value realization
Coordinate cybersecurity, risk, and compliance governance
Partner with CIOs, Finance, HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders across AMEA
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT Governance, PMO, Portfolio Management, IT Strategy, or Performance Management
Strong experience in executive reporting, budgeting, and governance frameworks
Exposure to cybersecurity governance and risk management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in multinational and matrix organizations

Location - Pune
Shift timings - 9AM to 6PM (IST)
