• Candidate sourcing through various platforms
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
• Assisting with recruitment activities
• Maintaining candidate records and HR documentation
• Supporting day-to-day HR operations

• Freshers / MBA-HR / BBA / B.Com students or graduates
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
