Job Responsibilities:
Praca w systemach i aplikacjach logistycznych (m.in. SAP, Go Ramp, MES)
Reprezentowanie firmy w kontaktach z klientami i przewoźnikami
Prowadzenie portali klientów zgodnie z ich wymaganiami
Planowanie, monitorowanie i realizacja wysyłek do klientów, analiza stanów magazynowych i reagowanie na zagrożenia związane z wysyłkami
Raportowanie przełożonemu o stanie realizacji zamówień do klientów
Nadzorowanie realizacji dostaw i bieżące kontakty z klient
Sprawdzanie faktur logistycznych oraz opisywanie kosztów usług.
Przygotowywanie dokumentów wysyłkowych (specyfikacja, dowód dostawy, etykiety, CMR) oraz dokumentów sprzedażowych
Współpraca z innymi działami w zakresie realizowanych zamówień
Układanie planów dostaw i wysyłek z wydziałem magazynu
Awizowanie transportów i współpraca z ochroną
Koordynacja procesu dostaw i wysyłek
Wystawianie zapytań ofertowych oraz zamówień dotyczących transportów
Dbałość o opakowania powierzone przez klienta (inwentaryzacja, zgłaszanie rozbieżności, wyjaśnianie różnic, zgłaszanie uszkodzeń).
