Role Description The Analyst role at Moder Solution India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Analyst will collect, review, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to support business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and insights, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems. The role also involves documenting findings, presenting recommendations in a clear and structured manner, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The Analyst is expected to work closely with managers and project teams to help optimize performance and drive measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools is an advantage).
Solid communication skills, including clear written documentation and confident presentation of findings to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and a structured approach to organizing information and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Prior internship or experience in analytics, business analysis, or operations support is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with colleagues across different functions and levels.
