Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a data-driven, integrated marketing plan that aligns with unit's strategic goals.
Define and track key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Establish and amplify our position as a trusted thought leader through compelling content creation, website optimization, and digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and enhance our digital presence to ensure a consistent brand experience.
Cultivate strong relationships with influencers to drive favorable coverage and recognition.
Produce client testimonials and solution flyers that demonstrate our value.
Design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns, including industry events, webinars, and custom engagements, to generate a robust pipeline sales-qualified leads.
Collaborate with the sales team for lead handoff and optimize lead conversion rates.
Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and nurture leads in the sales funnel
Partner with sales, delivery, product, analyst relations, public relations, extended marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns and outcomes.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Provide reporting on budget utilization and campaign performance.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to proactively adapt marketing strategies.
Analyze market data and customer insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred
Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within any vertical sector would be a plus
Strong AI capabilities and solutions development and marketing knowledge.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including AEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with event management and client engagement activities.
A strong understanding of the current technology landscape – across cloud, AI, data would be a plus.
