About the Opportunity
Kaliper Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking highly experienced Senior Mobile Software Engineers for a project at the intersection of mobile engineering and artificial intelligence.
In this role, you will leverage your extensive mobile development expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. You will design challenging, real-world mobile software engineering tasks that assess AI models' ability to debug code, implement complex features, refactor applications, and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design realistic, complex, and challenging mobile software engineering tasks for advanced AI models.
- Develop problems involving debugging, feature implementation, application state management, lifecycle handling, and performance optimization.
- Create tasks using Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS, or cross-platform technologies such as React Native and Flutter.
- Build reproducible development environments for each task.
- Develop deterministic verification systems to evaluate solutions accurately and consistently.
- Ensure verification systems accept valid implementations while rejecting incorrect, incomplete, or hard-coded solutions.
- Create reference solutions demonstrating the correct approaches to solving each problem.
- Apply advanced knowledge of mobile architecture, asynchronous programming, application lifecycle management, and software testing.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges while maintaining code quality, reliability, and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in mobile software development.
- Extensive hands-on expertise in at least one of the following development tracks:
Android Development
- Kotlin
- Jetpack Compose
- Android View System
iOS Development
- Swift
- SwiftUI
- UIKit
Cross-Platform Development
- TypeScript or JavaScript with React Native
- Dart with Flutter
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, state management, asynchronous programming, and application lifecycle.
- Proven expertise in debugging complex mobile applications and resolving challenging engineering problems.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile applications.
- Ability to develop automated tests, reproducible environments, and reliable verification mechanisms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design complex technical challenges.
Compensation Structure
Compensation: $50–$100 per hour
Compensation is output-based, with payments determined by completed tasks that meet project specifications and quality standards. The time required to complete each task may vary depending on its complexity and the expert's workflow.
Minimum weekly submission requirements will be communicated during onboarding.
Work Schedule
- Approximately 15 hours per week.
- Fully remote contractor engagement.
- Flexible working arrangements, subject to project requirements and deadlines.
Joining Timeline
