Data Processing Associate - Clinical Lab Operations

Labcorp is seeking a US Remote based Data Processing Associate to join its Invitae Genetics team!
Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm, Pacific Time Zone. During Training for about 3 months: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Pacific Time Zone.
Job Responsibilities
Perform Pre-Accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
Patient creation
Order creation
Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information)
Meet established SLAs and OKRs
Post-accessioning Order Processing activities as directed by team lead including but not limited to:
Data Entry of order information into Invitae systems
Quality control of previously entered information into Invitae systems
Task creation for customer support teams (kit requests, missing information)
Communication with our Accessioning and Client Services teams as needed
Meet established SLAs and OKRs
Additional Responsibilities as directed by your team lead:
Report maintenance
Compliance activities
Team meetings and training
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
1 or more years’ experience in healthcare, science, data processing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
1 or more years’ experience working in a genetic testing clinical laboratory
1 or more years’ experience working in a collaborative team environment
Current or prior Invitae experience
1 or more years’ experience working in a metric/volume driven role
Additional Job Standards
Strong data entry and typing skills
High level attention to detail with ability to problem solve
Flexibility and ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
Experience or knowledge of genetic testing or related field
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Experienced in managing multiple applications, using two monitors, with strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, or similar CRM/ticketing platforms
Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free work from home space
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Proficiency with remote collaboration
Our Data Processing team plays an integral part in both the laboratory and customer support phases. Data Processing team members contribute to a culture in which we encourage honest and open communication and value constructive feedback. Our team members work with a sense of urgency and a goal of putting patients first and the team above the individual.

Pay Range: $17.75 - $21.00 / hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
