Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures across the factory.
2. Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to secure the best value without compromising quality.
Ensure timely procurement and adequate stock levels to avoid production stoppages or excess inventory.
Monitor vendor performance on quality, consistency, delivery timelines, and pricing, and maintain a rated vendor list.
Build strong vendor relationships and develop backup/alternate suppliers to reduce supply risk.
Coordinate with the quality team to inspect incoming materials and resolve quality or supply issues with vendors.
3. Supply Chain Management

Coordinate logistics, fleet, and third-party delivery partners to ensure deliveries are on schedule and in full.
