WHY JOIN??
The candidate is employed through an EOR arrangement.
When they are assigned to a client project, they will travel to/work from the client site, approximately 4 days per week onsite.
When the client project ends and they are on the bench, they remain employed and continue to receive their agreed compensation, even while waiting for the next client assignment.
They may then be moved onto another client project when one becomes available.
So the key attraction is continuity of employment/pay between projects, rather than being paid only when actively working on a client assignment.
