About the Role:
Job Title: React Development Lead
Location: Gurugram/Noida IN
Mode of Work: Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per week
Description;
We are seeking a Senior React Developer with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience to build modern, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript. You will lead technical implementation, collaborate with cross-functional Agile/SAFe teams, and integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into our development workflows and product features.
Core Technical Stack:
Deep proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3/Sass.
State Management & Frameworks: Redux, React Query, or similar frontend frameworks and state management libraries
Methodologies: Agile / SAFe understanding
Engineering Practices:
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and micro-frontend architectures.
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and Git workflows.
Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior-to-mid level developers.
