Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced freelance AI Agent Developer to build a secure internal AI assistant platform for our company staff.
The system will begin with a Telegram-based pilot and later expand to Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and a central management dashboard. Employees should be able to ask questions, access approved company information, create requests and complete departmental workflows through dedicated AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
• Deploy and configure a separate OpenClaw-based company AI system.
• Build a private Telegram bot for the initial staff pilot.
• Create separate agents for Engineering, Production, QC, Stores, Projects and AMC.
• Implement employee authentication, allowlists and role-based access.
• Ensure employees only access information permitted for their department and role.
• Connect approved SOPs, manuals, drawings, project documents and other company data through a controlled RAG knowledge system.
• Integrate the agents with our ERP APIs, Outlook, SharePoint and other business systems.
• Build approval-based workflows for tasks such as drawing approvals, indents, NCRs, service complaints and follow-ups.
• Maintain audit logs of questions, actions, approvals and system changes.
• Securely manage API keys, credentials and confidential data.
• Create an initial administration dashboard and later support a full management dashboard.
• Provide testing, deployment documentation, source code, training and technical handover.
Required Experience
• Proven experience building production-level AI agents, RAG systems or business workflow automation.
• Experience with OpenClaw is strongly preferred.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or n8n is useful.
• Telegram Bot API experience is required.
• Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp Business API experience is preferred.
• Strong Python, TypeScript or Node.js skills.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, vector databases and document retrieval systems.
• Experience deploying applications using Docker and Linux.
• Understanding of role-based access, data isolation, secrets management and audit logging.
• Ability to build dashboards using React, Next.js or a similar framework.
