Role Description The Application Engineer role at RESILIENT TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The Application Engineer will support the design, configuration, and implementation of hydraulic and related engineering solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams and customers. Daily responsibilities include analyzing technical requirements, assisting in solution design, preparing documentation, and providing hands-on support during installation, commissioning, and testing. The role also involves troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with development and engineering teams, and offering application-level guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. The Application Engineer is expected to maintain clear communication, adhere to safety and quality standards, and contribute to ongoing improvements in products and processes.
Qualifications
Strong technical support skills, including troubleshooting, customer-facing problem resolution, and application-level assistance.
Experience or familiarity with software development concepts for engineering applications, tools, or automation workflows.
Foundational knowledge in electrical engineering, particularly in control systems, power supply, and integration with hydraulic equipment.
Solid mechanical engineering understanding related to hydraulics, fluid power systems, and mechanical components.
Competence in testing, including test planning, system validation, performance evaluation, and documentation of results.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment.
Basic proficiency in relevant engineering software tools and MS Office applications.
Prior experience in hydraulics, industrial automation, or similar engineering domains is an advantage.
