Business Research & Intelligence Analyst
We are building a business advisory firm focused on helping companies identify business problems, improve performance, and make better decisions.
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and commercially minded individual who can research businesses, understand their financial and operational performance, identify potential improvement opportunities, and help us prepare targeted business proposals.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Identify potential clients and build a database of promising businesses.
• Research company websites, public financial statements, annual reports, and industry trends.
• Analyse revenue, profitability, margins, working capital, debt, and cash flows.
• Identify potential financial and operational improvement opportunities.
• Prepare personalised business opportunity briefs and pitch decks.
• Create company profiles and meeting briefs for the founder.
• Maintain a pipeline of researched companies and potential opportunities.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
• B.Com, BBA, MBA Finance, CA inter or final or candidates with relevant experience.
• Strong financial analysis and business research skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and identify meaningful trends.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• A problem-solving mindset and interest in understanding businesses.
This is not just a data-entry or lead-generation role. You will help build the research foundation of a business advisory firm and contribute directly to how we identify opportunities and approach potential clients.
