About AgriPay

We work with partners such as Razorpay and Lavazza Coffee to deliver innovative solutions that help businesses simplify operations, enhance their commerce journey, and grow.
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual content across digital, social media, marketing, and business communication platforms.
🎨 What You’ll Do
1. Social Media Design
Create engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Work with layouts, typography, colours, and brand guidelines.
Design content optimised for small mobile screens.
2. Short-Form Video Editing
Edit Instagram Reels and other short-form videos with engaging pacing.
Add captions, text animations, transitions, and basic motion graphics.
Sync visuals with music and sound effects.
3. Print Collaterals
Design brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Prepare print-ready files with correct CMYK colour settings, bleed, and 300 DPI resolution.
Create clean, professional multi-page layouts.
4. Platform & Brand Management
Stay updated on social media design trends, dimensions, and safe zones.
Ensure consistency across all brand communication.
Use platform previews and publishing tools to check content before delivery.
🛠️ Skills & Tools Required
Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma; Canva for quick edits.
Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or CapCut.
Print Design: Adobe InDesign or Illustrator.
Social Media: Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite.
Collaboration: Google Drive, WhatsApp, and organised file management.
✅ What We’re Looking For
A creative eye for design, colour, typography, and composition.
Ability to meet daily deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organised file naming.
Openness to feedback and willingness to improve.
A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
⭐ Good to Have
Ability to work with Hindi or Bengali text.
Basic photo retouching skills.
Simple illustration and icon design.
Familiarity with stock asset libraries such as Envato Elements or Freepik.
