Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced D365 FSCM – Functional Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and end-to-end finance processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting finance modules, along with strong business analysis, functional documentation, and testing skills.
Candidates must possess a CA/ICWA qualification and a valid Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Manage and support core finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash and Bank Management, and Fixed Assets.
Understand and support end-to-end financial processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and accounting standards.
Conduct business requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and functional solution design.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other functional consultants to deliver effective solutions.
Support functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
Assist with finance module configuration, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
Provide functional support and ensure the smooth operation of finance processes within D365 F&O.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Strong functional expertise in finance modules:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash and Bank Management
Fixed Assets
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes and accounting principles.
Experience in functional documentation, business analysis, and testing.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
CA/ICWA qualification is mandatory.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is mandatory.
