Telecaller — KIC Delfinium Fertility Centre | IVF Centre
Dr. Nalini Gupta’s clinic is hiring a Telecaller to manage incoming calls, make outbound calls and coordinate patient appointments. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Location: F-21, South Extension I, Block F, New Delhi, Delhi 110049
Salary: ₹15,000 onwards per month. Final salary will depend on skills, experience and interview performance.
Candidates from South, North, East and West Delhi are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and answer general questions about clinic services.
- Explain services using clinic-approved information.
- Schedule appointments, confirm visits and make reminder calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clinic staff and refer medical questions to the appropriate team.
- Communicate politely and maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi; English is an advantage.
- A polite, patient and professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
