Provide first-level IT support to all hotel departments and colleagues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
Support and maintain hotel systems, including Wi-Fi, email, and other operational systems.
Monitor network connectivity and ensure stable and secure IT services throughout the hotel.
Manage user accounts, access rights, passwords, and system permissions.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks of IT systems.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment, software, and licenses.
Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support and maintenance.
Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.
Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity standards.
Provide basic IT training and guidance to colleagues when required.
Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, solutions, configurations, and maintenance activities.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.
