We are seeking a skilled, creative, and results-driven Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize the company’s websites and web-based applications. This role is responsible for delivering responsive, user-friendly, secure, and high-performing digital experiences while working closely with design, marketing, product, and other teams to support business objectives.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-structured front-end and back-end code.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces that work effectively across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers and Graphic Designers to translate designs, wireframes, and creative concepts into functional web experiences.
• Develop and implement website features, functionalities, integrations, and interactive elements.
• Integrate websites and web applications with APIs, databases, third-party platforms, and other relevant systems.
• Maintain and optimize website performance, loading speed, scalability, reliability, and overall user experience.
• Conduct website testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and quality assurance across different browsers and devices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, errors, and performance-related problems in a timely manner.
• Implement appropriate website security practices and ensure web applications follow industry standards and best practices.
• Optimize websites for search engines, accessibility, usability, and overall digital performance when required.
• Manage website content, updates, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
• Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, IT, and other departments to deliver digital projects and initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of landing pages, campaign websites, promotional pages, and other digital marketing assets.
• Develop and maintain integrations with CRM, payment gateways, analytics platforms, marketing tools, and other third-party services when required.
• Monitor website analytics, performance, traffic, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement website improvements based on user feedback, analytics, business requirements, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain proper documentation of code, technical processes, website configurations, and development projects.
• Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, development frameworks, programming languages, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple development projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
✅ Requirements
• Proven experience as a Web Developer, Front-End Developer, Back-End Developer, Full-Stack Developer, or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of web development principles, responsive design, web standards, and modern development practices.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with back-end development technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages is preferred.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other database technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and web services.
• Strong understanding of Git, version control, debugging, testing, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization, SEO fundamentals, accessibility, and web security best practices.
• Experience developing responsive websites and applications across multiple devices and browsers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication, collaboration, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate business needs into effective digital solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, revisions, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or other relevant platforms is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms, hosting environments, CI/CD, Docker, or DevOps practices is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience collaborating with designers is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant development tools, IDEs, project management platforms, and technical software.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
